Artistic Director of the Calella Harmonica Festival
Capable of taking the harmonica to surprising limits, Joan Pau Cumellas is one of the most prominent performers in Southern Europe. Passionate about this instrument, he explores its possibilities in styles such as blues, jazz or bluegrass with unique versatility.
He has 12 published albums and is present in more than 80 recordings in collaboration with other artists. We can also hear his harmonica in commercials and soundtracks.
As a harmonica teacher, his courses to learn to play the instrument attract students from all over the country.
